This microalgae is bottled from an active culture that has been running for several months. The algae will be harvested, filtered, and bottled upon order.

✔️ A 5-day live guarantee applies to most Next-Day Air and 2-Day shipping orders.
✔️ Some livestock requires Next-Day Air for the guarantee to be valid.

✅ To Qualify for a Replacement or Credit:

The customer must inspect their order upon arrival and report any issues.

Clear photos of the specimen must be sent to Sales@tropiccorals.com within the 5-day guarantee period.

This guarantee does not cover carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or mishandling after delivery. Please ensure that weather conditions in your area will not be damaging to the livestock during shipping.

Once the package leaves our facility, we are not liable for livestock damages due to shipping delays or conditions beyond our control.
